Tim Mobley
President
As President and Founder of Connext Global Solutions, Tim brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience to the team, including 10 years in the healthcare industry. He is a proud United States Military Academy graduate with an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Tim enjoys mentoring young professionals, snowboarding in Japan and delivering Hawaiian chocolates to our offshore teams.
Ron Rhodes
Executive Vice President
Ron is a proven leader with over 30 years of experience in global back-office and customer contact operations. A Lean Six Sigma expert and author, Ron excels at solving complex business challenges, leading teams of over 3,000 FTE, and driving multi-channel synergy. His leadership style fosters team success through collaboration, innovation, and a disciplined, results-driven approach.
Ron can frequently be found playing on the Connext basketball team in the Philippines or reminiscing on his Brooklyn, NY days.
Solet Ira Miclat
Vice President, Shared Services
Aira brings over 15 years of experience in strategic leadership, organizational development, and global talent acquisition to Connext. She has a proven track record in driving operational excellence, compliance management, and corporate finance. Known for building world-class teams and fostering growth, Aira leads with vision and dedication, aligning business strategies to achieve sustainable success.
When not in the office, Aira can be found on a badminton court, reading, or spending time with her two sons.
Bill Kohnen
Vice President, Professional Services
With over two decades of experience, Bill has driven operational excellence and innovation across diverse industries, including semiconductors, healthcare, and SaaS. As Vice President of Professional Services at Connext, he empowers clients to scale effectively through tailored outsourcing solutions. Bill’s expertise spans financial management, accounting, procurement, process optimization, and strategic sourcing.
Originally from California, Bill moved to the Philippines with his wife in 2008.
Warren Ratley
Vice President, Healthcare Services
Warren is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in strategic leadership, revenue cycle management, and international healthcare operations. He has led large-scale teams, optimized physician practices, and built successful offshoring solutions for hospitals, MSOs, and health systems worldwide.
A lifelong learner, Warren holds an MBA from Campbell University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration at the University of North Florida. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE).
Marc Sylvester
Vice President, Customer and Business Services
Marc has over 25 years of experience in customer experience management, staff augmentation, and technical operations. He specializes in building, training, and managing offshore teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive operational excellence. Marc’s expertise spans leadership roles in telecom, customer service, and advanced support operations, consistently achieving measurable success in client engagement and service delivery.
Marc loves to travel between the Philippines and Colombia to visit his teams every other month.
Taylor Goucher
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
One of the first US Connext team members, Taylor currently leads sales, marketing, and geographic expansion efforts. A United States Military Academy graduate with honors in Nuclear Engineering, Taylor served in the US Military as an Infantry Officer and Army Ranger. With extensive experience in operations, logistics, and team building, Taylor is dedicated to driving organizational growth and efficiency through innovative strategies.
When not tirelessly working on growing Connext, Taylor can be found lifting weights or going to to the beach with his family. He is pursuing his executive MBA at The Wharton School – University of Pennsylvania.
David Lichtenstein
Vice President of Product
David brings over 13 years of experience building and scaling enterprise platforms in healthcare, financial, and legal tech. He has led multiple zero-to-one products including Carta Total Compensation, growing them into multi-million-dollar solutions adopted by thousands of startups and enterprises.
As Vice President of Product at Connext, David defines and drives product strategy, building transformative platforms that enhance the experience for both clients and candidates. By leveraging data, automation, and AI, he is reimagining how global outsourcing operates — creating scalable, innovative solutions that strengthen client impact and fuel Connext’s next phase of growth.
Outside of work, you’ll find him cycling, DJing, or traveling with a passport always at hand.
Kevin Thai
Vice President of Strategy & Operations
Kevin is the Vice President of Strategy and Operations, leading strategic initiatives and operational performance across the business.
He previously worked in investment banking at Centerview Partners and Bank of America, advising on M&A and strategic advisory transactions.
Kevin began his career as a Marine Corps officer after graduating from the United States Naval Academy, and later earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, he enjoys travel, good food, and staying active.
Jonathan Ho
Vice President of Finance
Jonathan Ho is Vice President of Finance at Connext, where he helps drive financial strategy and operational performance for the company’s global growth. Based in Honolulu, he brings a strong business and analytical background, with education from Boston University and a focus on building scalable, efficient support for clients and teams alike.
Prior to joining Connext, Jonathan spent 8 years in investment banking where he gained extensive experience advising businesses on executing and raising capital for ESOP transactions.
When he has the time, he can be found on the golf course looking for his ball.
Leadership
Scarlett Diaz
Director of Client Strategy
As a versatile leader with over 10 years of experience, Scarlett serves as the Director of Client Strategy. She leads business development initiatives, fosters client relationships, and drives strategic brand development.
Scarlett earned her BA from USC’s Dornsife College graduating with Honors and MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business as a Forte Fellow.
Outside of Connext, Scarlett is actively involved in her community, serving on the Board of multiple community organizations including two Chambers of Commerce and the Ewa Beach Little League. She is passionate about economic empowerment and fostering meaningful connections that drive business success.
Jerie Cataquian
Sr. Director of Onboarding
Jerie is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the call center/BPO industry. He specializes in team management, business solutions, financials, analytics, and customer service. His expertise includes reporting analysis, scheduling, and troubleshooting computer systems, hardware, software, and communication facilities, ensuring seamless operations and delivering excellent client service. Jerie has a proven track record of driving performance and fostering team growth across various roles.
Jerie loves to show people around his hometown in the Philippines and is a foodie.
Carolina Ricaurte Ruiz
Director of Marketing
Caro is a marketing professional with over 15 years of global experience in digital campaign strategy, project management, and brand development. Having had the chance to live and work in various countries, she is now based in Bogotá, Colombia. She excels at leading diverse teams and driving measurable results through innovative and adaptable strategies. Carolina thrives in collaborative environments where creativity and forward-thinking leadership pave the way for impactful projects and long-term business success.
In her free time you can find her spending time with her kids and husband and cooking and baking.
Ana Guevara
Associate Director of Shared Services
Ana is an accomplished HR leader with expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and strategic planning. With over eight years of experience, she has led recruitment strategies, fostered organizational growth, and driven HR initiatives across industries. Ana is passionate about building high-performing teams and enhancing workplace culture to align with business objectives. She has a background in clinical psychology and operational HR management, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
When Ana isn’t lighting up the Colombia office, you can find her under the sea – yes, she’s a certified scuba diver.
Vanessa (Van) Mangulabnan
Director of Talent Onboarding, PH
With over 15 years of experience in training, operations, and quality management, Van excels at designing impactful learning programs and driving organizational growth. Van holds a Bachelor’s in English from Holy Angel University in the Philippines and is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Rachel Ann “Aki” Santos
Sr. Director, Connext University
Aki brings over a decade of experience in education, administration, and global partnerships to her role as University Director at Connext. She has a proven track record of bridging academia and industry, managing strategic relationships, and developing future-ready educational programs. With expertise in curriculum design, teacher training, and operational leadership, Aki is passionate about driving innovation and cultivating talent for the global workforce. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
Nica Lacuarta
Director of Talent Acquisition, PH
Nica, a graduate of Holy Angel University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management, brings over a decade of expertise in talent acquisition, operations management, and leadership. As Director of Talent Acquisition at Connext, she leverages her skills in process improvement, employee management, and client services to build high-performing teams. Her dedication to organizational success and dynamic leadership drive exceptional results for Connext and its clients.
As a lifelong learner, she is studying Japanese and plan to explore other languages in the future to connect more deeply with people and their cultures.
